Course structure

• Phase 1 – In-person intensive: 4 days (Saturday to Tuesday).
• Phase 2 – Online integration: 4 weeks with follow-up and support sessions.
• Duration: 5 weeks in total.

Instructor Training and Official Certification:

This workshop is aimed at anyone wishing to embark on a journey of self-discovery, and especially at those who want to train as instructors of the method. Upon completing the training, participants will receive an official qualification formally accrediting them to work with this methodology.
