This gathering is not intended to change or improve the \u201cpersonal self,\u201d but rather to go much deeper\u2014beyond the mind and the stories we tell ourselves\u2014allowing us to connect with the profound and lasting peace that arises from experiencing our essential nature.<\/b><\/p>\n

The foundation of the retreat will be meditative practice, combining powerful guided meditations with silent practice.<\/b> The journey will be guided by mindfulness training, and conscious silence will be the key to fully delving into our inner selves. There will also be sessions covering theory and profound teachings, as well as opportunities for group sharing. <\/p>\n
