Who are we?<\/b><\/p>\n

We are Claudia and Cristina, from Espacio Zen in Sant Joan de Mor\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Since 2020, we have supported people in their personal growth through training courses, workshops, and therapies such as Reiki, Family Constellations, and psychotherapy based on *A Course in Miracles*, among others.<\/p>\n

We believe that, although we cannot always change what happens around us, we can learn to experience it with greater calm, balance, and confidence.<\/p>\n

That is why we created the “Zen Experience by the Mediterranean”<\/b>: a weekend designed to help you disconnect from the noise, reconnect with your inner self, and return home with a sense of peace, well-being, and renewed energy.<\/p>\n
