AWAKENING EROTICISM | Through Biodanza

There are three interconnected human dimensions: sexuality, eroticism, and love. Sexuality is the biological and bodily foundation; eroticism is desire and mental or sensory pleasure; and love is the deep emotional bond.

In Biodanza, sexuality, eroticism, and love form a single line of experience aimed at awakening pleasure, healing the body, and connecting deeply with vital energy—free from guilt. It is the Sexuality line of experience, understood in a broad sense that encompasses more than just genitality.

In the “Awakening Eroticism” workshop, we explore this human strategy that unites the animal instinct for sex with the tenderness of affection, allowing us to flow from basic desire toward attraction and the game of seduction in a healthy and respectful way.

Our objectives in this workshop include reinforcing identity and self-esteem, strengthening the revaluation of the body, and reducing feelings of guilt, thereby allowing us to enjoy expressive movement and human contact.

The dances and activities in this workshop will allow us to enrich our level of communication through physical contact, eye contact, and expression, achieving seamless feedback with the other participants.

We, Belén and Paco, are facilitators of Biodanza (Rolando Toro System). We are also trained in the extensions—such as Aquatic Biodanza, Biodanza and Massage, and The Return of Dionysus—and in the application of Biodanza and Sensual Massage (Rehabilitation of Sexuality), among others.

Some prior experience with Biodanza is required.
