For it is not merely a matter of understanding; it is about living.  \nThe body will be our territory of exploration. \nMovement\, our form of expression. Encounter\, a gateway to identity. And creativity\, a way to discover new dimensions of the human experience.   \nThis project was born with a vision: to conceive of the human being as a hologram\, in profound harmony with the totality of nature that we are. \nA journey of identity and transformation that begins with the individual and opens up to the collective\, to connection\, and to shared experience. \n“The Thread of Life” is aimed at anyone wishing to engage in personal development work through movement\, sensitivity\, connection\, and their own creative capacity. No dance skills or prior experience are required—simply bring curiosity\, presence\, and a willingness to embrace the experience.  \nIt will be a weekend in November\, in a beautiful seaside location: Azahar Beach Apartments in Alcossebre. A place with charm\, quality\, and magic.  \nAnd as the culmination of the journey\, we will encounter water—the origin and memory of life—to bring this adventure to a close through another element\, another dimension\, and another way of feeling: aquatic Biodanza. \nAn innovative project based on my publication\, my life journey\, and an approach to Biodanza rooted in a creative\, integrative\, and experiential perspective. \nBecause life isn’t just explained. Life is lived.
